This is a luxury safari featuring small private lodges in Sabi Sands private game reserves in South Africa.

Pricing
Safari is priced in Rand and shown in US Dollars with a 7.0% rand exchange rate. The cost of the safari in US $ will vary considerably either UP or DOWN from the original estimates depending on the exchange rate.  During the period before final payment is due should the rand exchange rate be favorable early payment may be advisable.

Pricing Changes
Accommodation is set in price. Charter flights and transfers are included at 2011 pricing and will mostly likely increase a little in price by 2012. Flight pricing cannot be confirmed until purchased. Please be aware an increase in price could happen if flight pricing increases.

Deposit and Payment
A deposit of R20000.00 per booking, single or double occupancy, is required for confirmation of services, with the balance to be paid not later than 90 days prior to commencement of services.

 Cancellation Policy
The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date on which the written notification is received in the K&D offices which issued the confirmation. 

Cancellation Fees are as follows:
 ZAR 2500.00 (approximately USD $375 per person) administrative cancellation fee on any booking. 

·180 days or more prior to departure – ZAR 2 500.00 (approximately USD $375) per person
·180 – 91 days prior to departure – 20% of the tour cost, per person
·90 – 61days prior to departure date – 25% of the tour cost, per person
·60 – 31 days prior to departure date – 50% of the tour cost, per person
·30 – or less prior to departure date – 100% of the tour cost, per person

Note: This fee is waived if Brown and Keene re-sells the reservation prior to final payment due date and prior to the time that any non-refundable or non-transferable arrangements have been made by K&D.

Group Size
The group will be from 16 to 20 people escorted by Ngaire Keene and Ken Hutyra who will be on the full 16 day itinerary.

Tour Booklet
Clothing, luggage limitations, lodge details and other information will be provided in a personalized tour booklet in the next few months. This will include all the safari details as it relates to your personal safari package.
